All Six Sigma -Master Black Belt jobs

Regarded as the highest level of Six Sigma Belt. A Master Black Belt or MBB will typically have teams of Black Belts reporting into them. They are the first point of call for any Black Belt with a question and therefore have to know everything and more than Black Belts. A seasoned MBB will have excellent technical knowledge and strategic management. In large programs a Master Black Belt will report into the program deployment leader and help form the project strategy, carving out areas / projects for Black Belts to work. As well as strategy Master Black belts are heavily involved in identifying critical training needs for the entire program, communications and teaching skills should always be judged as important as technical competence in selecting candidates, an MBB is the back bone of any successful deployment.
