All Six Sigma -Yellow Belt jobs

Six Sigma Yellow Belt is the first grade of Belt in the Six Sigma ladder, sometimes know as Six Sigma White Belts the Yellow Belt is obtained when formal training surrounding Six Sigma and its purpose and practice has been received. A yellow belt has an awareness of what Six Sigma is above and how it’s delivered does not actively lead any projects. Yellow bets have a complete overview of the basic process improvement methods applied within the Six Sigma DMAIC Framework. Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control methodology. These include basic Statistical Process Control Charts. Yellow Belts embark on small projects to identify processes that could potentially benefit from improvement, identifications may then be escalated to Green Belt level where more in-depth sigma tools will be used to get the best improvement.
