All Quality, BPR/ Change Recruiter jobs

The Quality, BPR or Business Change Management recruiter will typically come from a background in, or have knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques. They will frequently specialise in a set field for example HR and organisational change recruitment or Six Sigma recruitment or Change Management recruitment. They may even be specialists within a vertical sector, for instance engineering recruiters or financial services recruitment. Deploying a mix of headhunting and search and select techniques they will place quality and change professionals into relevant posts such as Change Director, Management Consultant, Lean Director, Six Sigma Black Belt and many, many more. Their job will have typically involved researching, resourcing, networking and the application of a range of sales techniques aswell as possible psychometric profiling and other candidate testing to ensure accuracy in matching the right candidate to the right post.
