The Business Transformation Director will use business process modelling to discover and analyse processes and sub-processes within the business organisation, responsible for the benefits management process and for ensuring that the organisation is ready to take on the new capabilities delivered by the program of projects. They have strong project and program management skills and make sure the business has the ability to handle the realised benefits and can attain measurable improvements. They are usually on the operational/business side of things rather than being IT focused and are skilled in business strategy.
