The Organisational Change Manager understands the different level of risk associated with planning change, they need to develop champions of change especially amongst key stakeholders and maintain a momentum for change once it is underway. They should steer the company or organisation toward organisational improvement whilst understanding the political, social, economic environment of the organisation being able to handle both proactive and reactive change and its consequences.
