All Operations Manager jobs

The Operations Manager plans, directs or co-ordinates the operations of a company, or organisation. The Operations Manager decides how a company's facilities should be laid out, formulating policies, controlling inventory and distribution, and creating employee schedules, amongst other things. A firm understanding of people and processes lies at the heart of this role. Typically they begin life in quality management, service delivery or logistics. In some organisations the duties of an Operations Manager may overlap the duties of the CEO.
