The HR Director provides advice and guidance to all staff on HR issues, ensuring compliance with both Employment legislation and Company Polices and Procedures. It is likely they will be CIPD qualified with many years experience overseeing employment tribunals, grievance and disciplinaries, recruitment and selection. The role often involves strategy and planning aswell as operational disciplines. Frequently reporting to the Board the role requires meticulous communication and interpersonal skills.
