All Group Director jobs

The Group Director will have a PTR in change management and leading service delivery. This is a senior service delivery post and as such requires a focus on quality and process excellence. As Group Director they have a strategic vision and the ability to gain stakeholder engagement especially from the businesses heads of service. They should be an advocate for the group as a whole and aim for good interdepartmental collaboration. They should also be very customer aware and offer a good insight into what their customers needs, wants or can be made to desire to ensure a good design of service. The category can fall into numerous specialisms such as Customer Group Director, HR Group Director, and Business Group Director – working in both public and private sectors.
