All Functional Excellence Leader jobs

The Functional Excellence Leader is to co-ordinate cross functional activity and ensure process excellence is embedded frequently using both Lean and Sigma initiatives, in both the client and customers businesses. The Functional Excellence Leader will identify process deficiencies and re-engineer and improve complex business processes. They will program manage the cross functional program of OE. They will have extensive project management, coaching and mentoring experience, be adept at project selection and have a thorough understanding of process redesign. Their ability to influence and persuade will be paramount as they bridge problems and issue between a multitude of functions from quality to R&D to sales and marketing and throughout their client business.
