The interim consultant is often practising their art with a wealth of clients that they embrace as they would their own company, they impart their knowledge and skills often putting their reputation on the line being accountable to the board for their actions they will lead the projects and steer the client from the quagmire. With this risk comes a certain amount of respect and they carry enough clout as Interim Consultants to really shake things up and make things happen as they are an outsider with fresh view on things and often bags of similar crisis management experience.
