All Supply Chain Analyst jobs

The Supply Chain Analyst is typically responsible for reviewing, analysing and identifying problems or issues within the supply chain of a business. In a manufacturing organization this would encompass all the processes from how the order of the product is received to how it is manufactured and delivered. If concerns are being raised due to supply chain failure or performance issues an analyst will break down and model all processes within that given area of the supply chain, then analyse each process usually using process mapping tools, value stream maps and activity based costing techniques then identify how to improve each process in turn.
