Mark Boult is the leader of DNV's healthcare activities in the UK. Mark has significant experience managing large and complex projects with large teams. Mark influences the risk agenda of the health sector and with a range of Government health agencies (ALBs) and with SHAs and Trusts.

Alastair Muir has been involved in data driven problem solving for over 20 years. He has instructed over 4000 people worldwide in DMAIC, DFSS and VBT and has developed novel methods for dealing with unusual problems. He is the principal consultant for Six Sigma Training for GE Power Systems.

Deborah Simmons (BSc, LLB & MAC) is a qualified and accredited professional coach and a founder member of London Coaching Associates. She previously worked in the City so fully understands the pressure of modern working life. She now works with individuals and corporate clients with a particular specialisation in the area of Work Life Balance.

Guillermo Arosemena graduated from Georgetown University in 1967 and in 1980 I went to Harvard´s Advanced Management Program. Guillermo has had articles published in the New York Times and by Berkeley press. His article on the application of Lean Sigma in Ecuador is awe inspiring.

Mark Eaton Formerly the director of the UK's Flagship Lean Transformation programme for Manufacturr ing, Mark has subsequently delivered sustainable Lean in the NHS, Armed Forces and the wider Public Sector. In 2004, Mark was awarded the Viscount Nuffield Medal for his contribution to UK Industry.

Mike Meakin is Quality Director at DHL Exel Supply Chain and Lean Six Sigma Champion in its Healthh care Sector for pharmaceuticals, medical devices and hospital logistics.

Chris Stokes is a Principal Consultant in Fujitsu’s Lean Solutions Group. His previous experience includes BPR, systems development, quality management, change management, and lean six-sigma in a variety of service sectors e.g. financial services, utilities, BPO, Local & Central Government.

Russell Stokes is a Senior Propositions Manager in BT Retail. His previous experience includes BPR, systems development, quality management, change management, and lean in a variety of different industry sectors e.g. Telecoms, Logistics and Production, Financial Services, BPO, Public Services
