Moore Allison has 18 years’ post graduate experience of Continuous Improvee ment and Six Sigma. At Motorola, Moore was responsible for Process Characterii sation for Europe, was a member of the sector Black Belt Steering Committee and qualified to deliver Black Belt training courses through Motorola University.

Dr. Elena Averboukh is an industry-funded professor at the University of Kassel (Germany) in Quality and Safety Control Systems and works internationally Six Sigma and TRIZ Master Instructor and Fellow Master Black Belt formanufacturing, transactional, design, financial and e-business companies.

Hilary Jeanes is Director of PurpleLine Consulting. She is an experienced Human Resources professional with proven leadership skills in public and private sector organisations. Her experience covers board level, strategic and high level operaa tional management in a district council and an oil company and as a board director at a County Council.

Peter Prior Mills was trained by the Kaizen Institute and has over 10 years of experience in implementing Kaizen and Lean based process improvement to a variety of service sector businesses including IT consultancy, distribution, and business to business services.

Michael-von Hirsch is a trained and certified MBB with GE. Michael is a true quality driven, robust 6-Sigma and Lean Professional with first rate ability in delivering results and managing multiple project programs.
