Continuous Improvement Production Manager
Another great offering from the team here at Ripe4! We are seeking Production Managers with solid experience of Continuous Improvement to come in and drive/maintain Lean philosophy in a market-leading, quality driven manufacturing firm specialising in leading-edge automotive technology.
With a wide-ranging brief that encompasses all processes within the production business, including production planning to maximise operational utilisation, identifying opportunities to reduce costs, waste in all forms, inventory & non value added activity, the prospective job holder in this highly prestigious firm will take full functional production responsibility for the development of a flexible workforce with an enthusiasm for reacting to changing business needs, for maintaining control of production cost, quality and on-time/on-spec customer delivery, and for developing people and processes that can deliver truly world class performance.
The successful candidate will therefore combine a proven track record in both operational & change management, ideally possessing a Lean Sigma Green Belt certification, although this is NOT a prerequisite. Candidates with solid production management and Continuous Improvement experience will be considered regardless of possessing certification.
