Our client, an FMCG manufacturing power house is looking for it’ s rising stars of the future that will enjoy a fast track to management within one of the most well known organisations on the planet.
This opportunity will see jetting around the world acting as an internal consultant to improve performance in factories from Brazil to China! This kind of opportunity does not present itself regularly and we are looking for individuals that are at the stage in their life where their career is going to be THE priority.
The required profile is as follows and I would ask that only applicants that fill ALL the criteria apply:-
• Completely internationally mobile – 90-100% travel will be required
• An engineering degree – this is role is heavily manufacturing biased so other degrees will be NOT considered
• 2 – 5 years experience of process improvement methodologies in a multi-national ( Lean, Six Sigma,TPM)
• Fluency in English and either French, Spanish or Italian
• The ambition that will see you rising to the top of a world class organisation
