Lean Continuous Improvement Manager – France
This global organization is looking to recruit a Lean Continuous Improvement Manager to play an instrumental part in the Op-Ex of this production site in France. Directly reporting to the managing Director, you will coordinate all continuous improvements processes for the site. You will contribute to the definition and the implementation of the continuous improvement strategy, in respect with defined strategic axis and in alignment with the companies Operational Excellence policy.
You must be pro-active on improvement proposals and assure the transversal management of the projects and the reporting towards the management team and the group.
You will support the different working teams in terms of methodology and will assure the constant motivation of team members, you will have the opportunity to train and up skill process owners and champions on Lean 6 sigma tools, in cooperation with the Op-Ex department.
You will have expert application on Lean tools such as Kaizen, Kanban, 5s, VSM, Value Stream Mapping, Value Engineering, OEE etc
Stemming from a Manufacturing / Production / Engineering background, you will have operated in a technical/ mechanical area with at least 4 years experience in continuous improvement. This role will see you liaising with all levels on the business. It’s critical you will have operated in back office functions and are able to present to senior management level.
