Senior Lean Sigma Black Belt – Midlands
This is a superb opportunity for a Senior Lean Sigma Black Belt or rising star with palpable training experience of rearing GB’s and or BB’s. This role will fulfill the career aspirations of a process improvement manager to make their mark on what will be the UK’s next high profile process improvement initiative. With full buy in from the top, this UK wide deployment of operational excellence will see your career catapult. You will have strategic input and responsibility to devise short and long term plans for your area of the initiative. You will be hands on pragmatic facilitator who can act consultatively, lead teams, prioritize and manage a portfolio of process improvement projects. A core element of the role as well as hands on delivery will be to train and mentor managers, process owners and stakeholders. You will have delivered Lean Sigma awareness, Green belt and perhaps black belt training in the past. If you have your own training material that will also prove helpful. Winning hearts and minds is all part and parcel of being a successful change agent, you will be able to demonstrate hard cost savings and measurable influencing and getting the best from stakeholders at all levels. You will be aware of the commercial aspects of process improvement and how they relate to overall business objectives and the voice of the customer. You will have service sector or similar back office / transactional experience, NPS customer focused.
