Our client is one of the big 4 consultancy firms and they have openings for consultants with expertise in Lean/BPR and other operational excellence principles, to join their Supply Chain team. The role:
You will form part of an experienced and flexible project delivery team, helping clients to realise benefits and transform behaviours which will lead to improved efficiency and customer focus and reduced waste in different environments in both public and private sectors. You will support the Operational Excellence sales activity across the organisation. They will provide the Subject Matter Expertise to support the development of robust and pragmatic Lean / OpEx solution proposals for both manufacturing, service based and Government based environments
You:
You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of developing and delivering Lean / OpEx solutions to recognised Private and Public Sector organisations either in a Consulting Services or Line Management capacity as well as a clear record of managing change and delivering measurable performance improvements. Ideally your record will include Blue Chip Organisations delivering engagements with revenues exceeding £1 million. You will be a natural team leader and team player with an ability to adapt quickly to changing team environments, whilst demonstrating an ability to demonstrate analytical rigour and proven ability to synthesise data and formulate conclusions/recommendations. Evident capability / accreditation in Lean / TPS, relevant academic or professional qualifications would be advantageous.
