My client, a multi-national manufacturing giant, is looking to bring in an experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to improve processes within the transactional side of the business.
We are looking for a true LSS change manager, not just an analytical type. To this end the individual will be very customer focussed and have the softer skills that go hand in hand with being a successful change agent. You will certainly be a competent trainer of green belts and have a very credible way of creating change with a goal of process optimisation.
You will no doubt be completely fluent in Dutch as well as English and knowledge of the French language would certainly be a distinct advantage.
