Yet another superb, high impact opportunity from the team here at Ripe4. My client, a multi-national manufacturing giant, is looking to stay one step ahead of the competition by bringing in a TPM Regional Coordinator for Poland
The main purpose of the role will be to execute the regional TPM strategy to build capability and drive consistent TPM deployment in order to enable the factories to improve their performance in a sustainable way.
This exciting opportunity will see you participate in defining and executing the market and factory TPM master plans and will see you leading TPM managers in an effort to align strategies with a push towards operational excellence.
This is a high level strategic role and we would therefore expect the incumbent to have worked in a multi-site for a comparable organisation. Adherence to the JIPM methodology of TPM would be a distinct advantage although not an absolute necessity.
