My client, a global leader in manufacturing, is looking to stay at least one step ahead of the competition by bringing in an Office TPM Master Pillar Leader.
You will have overall responsibility for office methodology implementation on a global level, this is therefore a very high profile and strategic role that will see you sitting on an Operational Excellence Board and defining the organisation’s roadmap for TPM for the years to come.
Main responsibilities of the position will be to structure, implement and support the Office Pillar in various regions across the globe although the position will see you being based out of the company headquarters in mainland Europe.
You will no doubt be educated to degree level, have at least 5 years experience within a factory environment as well as at least 2 years experience in leading and coaching the office TPM pillar.
