Manufacturing Improvement Manager
My client, a global leader in manufacturing, is looking to stay at least one step ahead of the competition by bringing in a Manufacturing Improvement Manager.
Main purpose of the role will be to develop and improve the manufacturing function and implement manufacturing strategy with a view to the continuous improvement of processes across the globe.
You will define requirements for performance management and improvement at factory sites and will recommend the optimum structure of manufacturing departments to support current and future manufacturing activities.
This is a high level strategic role that will see you making a name for yourself as corporate player within a world class organisation.
You will no doubt be degree educated and have at least 10 years experience within the FMCG (preferably food) sector. Coming from a position akin to a plant manager at some point during your career, you will also have a strong grounding in continuous improvement techniques such as TPM.
