Process Improvement Manager – North West
We are seeking a Black Belt or Master Black Belt for this exciting and growing organisation. You should have an operational background with transactional experience preferably from within a service sector environment.
You should be personable and be comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels. Your strong communication skills and easy grasp of both Lean and Six Sigma tools along with your passion for change management will make you a good fit for this organisation.
You will have experience in Leading, training & coaching Belts & senior management
If you are not already a MBB then this company will help you make the journey from Black Belt to MBB certification.
You should be skilled in process mapping and process analysis and have the strength of character to make change happen.
