Head Of Lean Europe wanted for exciting greenfield deployment of Lean Sigma across Europe. Working for a manufacturing organisation this role will be pivotal in driving forward a change culture across the entire group. You should ideally have a scientific degree or equivalent and the strength of character to motivate and inspire those around you. You will have likely had extensive international experience and whilst flunecy in the English language is a pre-requisite you should also be fluent in either German or French. It is a real chance to align cultures following a series of acquisitions and change the mindset of the employees to be focused on process NOT kpi's.
Ideally you will have an understanding of chemical engineering, having lilkely worked as plant or site manager with knowledge of the production process you should be happy to be based in either the Loire valley, Southern Germany or the Nederlands.
Driving forward Lean you should be capable in delivering training and also setting up a structured program of Lean in conjunction with Executive stakeholders.
